Please Read the “Terms of Service and Participation” Before Scheduling or Paying Any Service or Program from this Moving Energies Website. 

 

TERMS of SERVICE and PARTICIPATION:  

The following terms are between the Organizer (named as Patricia Gaviria, Moving Energies, “I,” “she,” “her”) and the Participants (named as “you,” “they,” “their”.)

ACCEPTING THESE TERMS

You must agree with all the following terms before scheduling or paying for any service or program offered by the Organizer.

 

DISCLAIMER

*The services offered by Patricia Gaviria are based on her own experience and are intended to share her knowledge and her honest desire to help others. She created all the offered programs with the sole intention to present “self-help tools” for the participants. Materials such as text, logos, graphics, images, and others were created by her only for informational purposes.

 *The Organizer’s services and programs, under no circumstance, try to replace or obstruct any professional medical diagnosis or treatment in which the participants may be involved. She is not holding herself out to be a doctor, psychologist, counselor, social worker, or any other licensed professional. Participants should always seek the advice of their physician or other qualified health provider with any question they may have regarding a medical condition.  

 *The Organizer is not attempting to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. By contrast, her services and programs focus on teaching participants how to take control of their own physical, mental, and spiritual energies… how to create their own healthy living habits… and how to discover their own power to balance and transform the different aspects of their lives.

 

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULE, AND NO SHOW POLICY  

*A request to reschedule or cancel any confirmed session, of any of the offered services or programs, requires the Participant to notify the Organizer a minimum of Two (2) hours before the session's start time. 

Please email to movingenergies@live.com  

*In case the Participant DOES NOT SHOW at the session time or DOES NOT INFORM the Organizer about rescheduling or canceling, at least Two hours before the confirmed session's start time, the session payment will NOT BE REFUNDED. Instead, Patricia will use that time to send distant positive energy to the Participant through meditation.

*If the Organizer accepts to refund the Participant in particular circumstances, it will be under PayPal Refunding Terms.

 

PRIVACY

Any personal information shared between Patricia Gaviria and the Participant will be kept in total confidentiality.

ACEPTAR ESTAS CONDICIONES

Debes estar de acuerdo con todos los siguientes términos antes registrarte o pagar cualquier servicio o programa ofrecido por la Organizadora.

 

DESCARGO de RESPONSABILIDAD

*Los servicios ofrecidos por Patricia Gaviria se basan en su propia experiencia y pretenden compartir sus conocimientos y su honesto deseo de ayudar a los demás. Ella creó todos los programas ofrecidos con la única intención de presentar "herramientas de autoayuda" para los participantes. Materiales como texto, logos, gráficos, imágenes y otros fueron creados por ella sólo con fines informativos.

*Los servicios y programas de la Organizadora, bajo ninguna circunstancia, tratan de reemplazar u obstruir cualquier diagnóstico o tratamiento médico profesional en el que los participantes puedan estar involucrados. Ella no proclama ser médica, psicóloga, consejera, trabajadora social, o cualquier otra profesional con licencia. Los participantes siempre deben buscar el consejo de su médico u otro proveedor de salud calificado con cualquier pregunta que puedan tener con respecto a una condición médica.

*La Organizadora no está intentando diagnosticar, tratar o curar ninguna condición médica. Por el contrario, sus servicios y programas se centran en enseñar a los participantes cómo tomar el control de sus propias energías física, mental y espiritual... cómo crear sus propios hábitos saludables de vida ... y cómo descubrir su propio poder para equilibrar y transformar los diferentes aspectos de sus vidas.

 

PÓLIZA DE CANCELACIÓN, REPROGRAMACIÓN y AUSENCIA

*Una solicitud para reprogramar o cancelar una sesión confirmada, de cualquiera de los servicios o programas ofrecidos, requiere que el Participante notifique a la Organizadora con un mínimo de Dos (2) horas antes del tiempo de iniciar la sesión. 

Por favor envíe un correo electrónico a moviendoenergias@outlook.com

*En caso de que el Participante NO SE PRESENTE en el momento de la sesión o NO INFORME a la Organizadora sobre la reprogramación o cancelación, al menos Dos horas antes del tiempo de iniciar la sesión confirmada, el pago de la sesión NO SE REEMBOLSARA. En su lugar, Patricia usará ese tiempo para enviar energía positiva distante al Participante a través de meditación.

*Si la Organizadora acepta reembolsar al Participante, en circunstancias particulares, será bajo los Términos de Reembolso de PayPal.

 

PRIVACIDAD

Cualquier información personal compartida entre Patricia Gaviria y el Participante se mantendrá en total confidencialidad.
